Consultant or Associate/Assistant
1、 Responsible for hiring needs of clients.Timely communication with clients and advise them on market trends and business strategy.
2、 Sourcing of candidates via various sources and channels.Able to lead a tram of researchers( For Consultants and above)
3、 Interviewing and selection of candidates to make sure they fulfill the criteria of clients needs.
4、 Arranging face to face interviews and managing the hiring process immaculately.
5、 Salary negotiation and background checks of candidates
6、 Follow up on post hiring needs of clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth transition upon candidate joining new firm and provide career advice.
7、 Maintaining key relationships with candidates and clients. Having an acute sense of hiring market movements in order to share information so as to develop new business.
1、 Bachelor Degree and above；
2、 Experience is not the key consideration here. Those with sales and marketing, consulting, HR, Real Estate or Financial Services related experience preferred.
3、 Good with details and able to communicate well with different walks of people
4、 Optimistic and able to work under pressure. Good sense of responsibility is key.
5、 Willing to learn and results orientated. Have high expectations of him/herself and sees headhunting as a potentially life long career.
6、 Ability to read and write good english.
